We could have the 3G iPhone on June 9

Or at least that is what we said a rumor that has been published in PCWorld. According to the popular magazine, iPhone 3G would be the same day that Steve Jobs would WWDC Keynote of the day on June 9, being “the first of an impressive new line of Apple products”, according to an analyst at Citi .

The interesting thing is that the rumor that heralds the arrival of 3G iPhone, iPhone current not disappear, but would experience a slight redesign and its price would be reduced to around 299 dollars for the 8 GB model and 349 dollars for the model 16 GB.

This strategy would help Apple to convert its iPhone into something more affordable and help meet its target of selling 10 million terminal later this year. Personally, I do not like the idea of a 3G iPhone as the ‘top end’, so before buying mine, I prefer to see the sales strategy that will use those in Cupertino.
