Apple will launch films on iTunes the same day as its release on DVD

Although our country is not yet effective, Apple continues to improve its service to buy and rent movies through the Movie Store.

The vice president of the division of Apple’s iTunes Eddy Cue has confirmed that iTunes will be available movies online the same day of its launch in optical format (DVD or BluRay). Major film studios have offered the necessary support to do so.

To me, this is another proof that the sale of movies and music are changing, and for instance I do not bother to buy anything a movie over the Internet for 15 dollars. Failure to launch the service in Spain, and which carry well with the euro-dollar exchange.
