2012 Hyundai Elantra Customer Comments
“On our routes, which saw us plowing away along grooved freeways, expansion-jointed roads, chopped up asphalt and even the occasional sandy shoreline parking lot, we experienced one of the best compact/mid-sized rides we have had behind the wheel.”
“Even though the interior styling felt expensive, I was a bit put off by the adolescence of its design; it looked like a Transformer in the midst of a noisy, clanking transformation.”
Hyundai Elantra’s interior is impressive. It can come equipped with sought after features like navigation, Bluetooth, a rear view camera and heated leather backseats on the Limited trim — a first for an affordable small car.
Hyundai covers all of its vehicles with one of the most comprehensive warranties on the market: a five-year/60,000-mile bumper to bumper warranty, a 10-year/100,000-mile warranty and five-year complimentary Roadside Assistance.
Hedwig:Just hit 6,000 with the car. I took it on a road trip from Austin, TX to Flagstaff, AZ. The drive is mostly highway with 75 miles per hour speed limit, mostly flat grounds, not much traffic. I maintained a speed around 75-80 mph. The total trip avg. speed was 62 mph. I averaged 37.7 mpg. At one point in New Mexico I drove 150 miles at 42.5 mpg at 75 mph. I suspect I was driving downhill most of the time with wind in the back, because I was not able to duplicate that. I was able to achieve the best gas mileage after I did the first oil change at 3,750 miles. I made sure I put in a high quality engine oil and put a brand gasoline, medium grade, and the gas mileage around 37 to 38 was achieved.

Daniella:Just bought a 2011 Elantra on the 23rd of December. It is my wife’s car – she traded in a 2008 Civic Coupe (we’ve had 5 Hondas). This is our 1st Hyundai, and it is very impressive.

Dollie:I absolutely love this car, it combines comfort with sportiness and excellent on gas. Definitely the best purchase I made to date. I traded in my 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan and have no regretted it one bit.

Vince:The only thing I notice is a little motion in crosswinds. The features are just incredible. Being able to stream Pandora on android phone via Bluetooth is just too cool.

Heather:The doors and trunk close with a thump. The doors are quite heavy for a compact car.

Catherina:The back seat room is smaller but fine for kids, and the car is more fun to drive than the old and new Accords, Sonata, and Fusion.

Timmy:Even without the adjustable lumbar support the seats are comfortable.

Emmett:I then drove from Pensecola to Tallahasse and got 42 miles per gallon. WOW! I did all kinds of milage comparisions while I had the car for a week. In general it gets 32mpg mixed driving. At 75 mph hwy it gets about 35-37mpg. I drove a 17 mile stretch of flat road and it aveaged 55mpg. I was driving a Mazda RX-8. Now I bought a new Elantra for 18,000.00. I would have paid more!

Chevy Malibu 2012 Comments
Chevy aging 2012 Chevrolet Malibu has irrevocably been updated and comes packing a inventory of competitive features, quantity them an all-new engine and a six-speed impulsive transferring to bring about the Malibu 2012 a tenacious donation in its increasingly competitive segment.
Chevrolet is already redesigning its award-winning midsize car for what looks like a tough decade ahead. Fresh styling, more room and new fuel-efficient powertrains could mean more accolades–and more sales.
Chevrolet execs must be beaming these days. The current Chevy Malibu has been winning rave reviews since it first broke cover as a 2008 model, and that’s been very good for sales, which must please bow-tie bigwigs even more.
But there’s no time to rest in today’s fast-paced automotive world. That’s why Chevy is already working on the next-generation Malibu, which is expected for model-year 2012. Is Chevrolet rushing things? Hardly. It still takes four to five years for most vehicle makers to take a new model from first thoughts to final assembly, about three years once the basic design is locked-in. With competition so fierce these days, it’s never too early to start thinking about tomorrow.
Art from Minnesota, Saint Paul:Mark, you have been reading the LLN comments too much.

Marcos:Adjusting a car’s name in order to make fun of it is simply immature and stupid, and it shows how weak of an argument you actually have against the vehicle in question.

Armand, Colorado, Aurora:Ford Taurus in the hood and long side-bottom edge.

Patricia:Let’s see if The General has learned anything from strike one?

Kyle, Rhode Island, Providence:Chevy’s lackluster engines in the Cruze didn’t make a good first impression

Foster:Sure, we did pay for Opel, Krauts refused. Well, we get one now. So do they.

Ara, NC:Naw WD… you get antlers on the hood, a keg in the trunk and hockey stick tape stripes on the quarter panels.
Madelaine:So now with only 4-cylinder options, its kinda smart I guess. I mean now if someone wants a V6 sedan for smoother operation that’s where the upcoming Impala can take over and do better with sales. Just like the upcoming Azera now that the Sonata is 4-cylinder only. I say a new Impala really will spice up the line up.

2012 civic Reviews
honda civic 2012 Reviews:
Burt: Honda has lost its mojo!!!! What is it now 7 or 8 years and this is what they come up with??? Really?? Not a fan of Honda to begin with but I really did think they were better then this.
Fritz, West Virginia, Huntington: They really ruined this car. The Chevy Cruze is a way better looking car and now that GM’s quality is just as good as Honda’s, I don’t think the new Civic has a chance. I liked the 06 – 11 Civic, the 2012 is really a step back.
Charlott, MA: No offence but the Cobalt SS is ugly from every angle…and we all know that if you drive hard an US made turbo it will give out quick.
Leslie from Montgomery of AL: Allright…so Focus is built in Michigan and probably Brazil and also Mexico are suppliers if not they manufacture also Focus and Fiesta. Fiesta is Mexican built 110%:-)…And just because Cruze will have OnStar as feature that only retards will use in case their brain does not work because of flat tire than no thank you, i don`t want that on my Civic. I`ll let you have the “superior“ Government Motors“ car. “Evolutionary“ style? Chevy Cruze? I still don`t know how high the R&D team at Chevy is with the crome on the front grill…Everyone bitches about Acura beak grill, but the crome on Chevy`s nobody notices…Don`t worry Michael in a couple of years nobody will remember the Cruze just like i don`t remember the Cobalt or Cavalier, Sunfire, Neon , Caliber etc. Your Elantra was tested by numerous websites and the handling does not even come close to 2010 Civic…the 2012 Civic will put that Elantra behind. Like i said even in 5 speeds it does not make it “less“ efficient…they reported 12 % mpg increase…some engine tweaks, aero mods and we all know GM just can`t built compacts. A turbo in Cruze ? give me a break …3000lbs Cruze LS 1.8 litre engine 138 HP? 6 speeds….uuuu la laaa 6 speeds…wow…
Colin: Wow..is there ANYTHING Honda didn’t make uglier on this car? The outgoing model was unique and in it’s own way good looking. This-this hurts to look at and gives the Accord a run for its money in ugly. Id pay more NOT to drive this, but lucky for me-and a whole lot of others- theres Hyundai/Kia……REVOLTING
Luigi, HI: i cannot stand Honda’s designs. They need to wipe their design departments clean and hire new people because their cars (honda and acura) are not attractive.
Jesus: I would deffinetly buy the Elantra or new Focus when it comes out over this. I cant even tell the differencess.

Staple Gun Consumer Testimonials
Review by Hal from Louisville of KY .
I used the 9600 stapler for the first time today.I had a 860 sq/ft house to insulate. I used the 9600 for approx. 2 1/2 hrs. with a 6 gallon air tank compressor at 60-70 psi. before I became aware that I neglected to turn the compressor ON. I am completely satisfied with my purchase of the “Surebonder 9600″. I would and will reccomend this tool to others without any reservations. Thank you, Donald Wright Seattle,Washington
Review by Hallie
I bought this because my bostitch staplers were a bit too big for my wife’s apholstery project. It worked great. She actually enjoyed using it once I set the air compressor up for her and showed her how to connect the hoses (2 minute lesson only). The size is nice since it uses the same staples that manual staplers use. We were able to buy the smaller packages of staples at Target and they worked perfectly as did our older box of staples that have been in my toolbox for 10 years. We did not experience any jams like some reviewers mentioned. Unless the jam damaged the tool I guess I would just un-jam it and not worry about it too much unless it happened over and over again. Anyway – no jams in our use and that was with staples from Target and 10 year old staples from the bottom of my toolbox. The case is nice, too. Overall the tool is very nice for the price so far.

Staple Gun Customer Review
Review by Clayton from Boise of ID .
I purchased this tool to install carpeting on a stairway. The thought of having to do that task using a hand stapler never crossed my mind. I searched for staplers and found the Surebonder 9500 and based on previous reviews, I purchased the tool. I was not disappointed. I used Arrow staples and never had a misfire. I ran about 2000 staples through the gun over two days. Job completed. The only downside was that the plastic cap or air discharge left a few black marks on the walls. Good tool for small jobs. The next project is insulation.
Review by Moses
I wanted a small light staple gun to dc a little upholstery work for some of the products we produce in our wood shop. So far this stapler has done the job that I had intended to use it for. Has already paid for itself in labor cost. If I were to do all upholstery work, i would probably go for a more expensive gun, but at this point why waste money. More expensive isn’t always better. Review by Luana, OH United States
I had to send the first one back as it did not work at all out of the box. I called the company and they were slow on the response or with providing a RMA. I returned it through Amazon and they did a great job of getting me a replacement and returning the defective one.

Twin Comforter Sets Consumer Reviews
I am so happy I went with this set! The colors are very vivid and pretty true to the picture. It’s not too bulky or heavy and good quality. I have a king sized bed with an extra high pillowtop mattress and this fit great. I washed mine right off the bat and used a little extra fabric softener and it came out perfectly and quite soft. The colors didn’t fade when washing either. I would highly recommend this to anyone if you are looking for a little something to brighten up your room. ![]()

Comforter Baby Consumer Testimonial
I love this comforter, I received it as a gift for my son off of his wishlist and it is by far the best thing I’ve used during the winter for him For whatever reason it seems the kids rooms are always so cold in the night, even when the heat is on, every other room gets smoldering but his room stays cold. I love knowing this comforter is keeping him warm on top of his fleece swaddle. He is comfy, cozy without feeling a big heavy blanket or quilt on top of him.
I tie the ends so if he manages to kick at it, it iwll simply kick off underneath him as oppose to on top of him.
Best gift for the winter hands down!

Chef Knife Case Customer Check
Chef Knife Cases
At work (a large Luxury Collection Hotel) it is unanimous that finding the right bag for you can be tricky, particularly ordering on-line. I absolutely HATED the outside of the bag which was exactly like Velcro fuzz. Impossible to keep clean. Why would any company do that? I have 7 shun knives and was hoping to love it. The elastic that holds your knife handles in place is extremely tight, so I couldn’t fit any of my Wusthof, which are NOT huge handled. I couldn’t put any garde manger tools either. I traded it for a Global, and EVERYTHING fits, including a Benriner mandolin and a box of round cutters. Before this, I thought I was going to resort to a tool box, and those things can be HUGE.

Chef Knife Case Shopper Review
Chef Knife Cases
It is a really nice case with lots of space. Secures all knifes in so you don’t have to worry about the knifes hitting each other. It is a hard case and very sturdy. The only downfall if there is one, would be the size. It’s kinda bulky, but no bigger than other hard cases.

Chef Knife Case Buyer Check
Chef Knife Cases
This is a nice case, just doesn’t keep knives in place. It could use an extra band to hold them in the mesh. I do like having 16 slots to stick things in. Definitely better than a knife roll. If purchasing, use extra caution when opening case since your knives may slide out!
