The Ars Design Awards have their list of nominees

Do you remember the Ars Design Awards? They are the response of the Ars Technica Web abandonment applications in Mac OS X Apple Design Awards at WWDC this year, and after a few days letting the users would vote in the best applications in several categories, we already have available a list of nominees: In the category of best new application for Mac OS X, the nominees are 1Password, Flickery, Panorama, Steam and Transmit.En for best user experience on Mac OS X, the nominees are Cheetah 3D DaisyDisk, Pixelmator, Transmit and Tweetie.En the category of Mac OS X implementation of more innovative, the nominees are Bodega, CloudApp, Dropbox, notational Snippets.En Velocity and the category of best educational application for Mac OS X, nominees are Ebbinghaus, Papers, Soulver, Stellarium and Syllabus.En Award for Best Mac OS X application created by students, the nominees are jitouch, Pollux, Schoolhouse, Subsidy and Core Data Editor.

In addition to being nominated for these awards All nominees are also eligible for the award for “Mac OS X application chosen by the readers’. Removing this award will be chosen by the readers, the other nominees will be submitted to the findings of a jury, and we know the winners of the awards during the WWDC 2010, which begins this coming June 7 with a keynote from Steve Jobs.
